Fitness Club Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to lead our team at Goodlife Health Clubs.
As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Membership Growth: Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the success of the club.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all member inquiries are responded to within 24 hours and provide a positive experience for our members.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop the skills of the Member Support Consultants, helping them to achieve their daily minimum performance criteria.
- Club Operations: Assist the Club Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth and support the overall success of the club.
- Able to demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs.
- An understanding of the cycle of selling, and various sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling.
- Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes – an understanding of customer retention strategies and metrics is highly regarded.
- Previous experience of managing and mentoring a team.
- Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal.
- Experience using business computer systems.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
