Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, promoting the business and achieving accommodation sales.

The Role

We are looking for an individual who:

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work effectively as part of a team
  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Has a keen eye for detail and high standards of personal presentation

Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, travel or tourism would be highly regarded. The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
