We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver education and training activities as part of our Practice Experience Program (PEP) Specialist training program.
Responsibilities:- Mentor colleagues to conduct inductions, learning needs assessments, monitor participant progress, conduct consultation observations and case discussions.
- Participate in Workplace-Based Assessments (WBA) as an assessor.
- Deliver small group learning (SGL) webinars.
- Contribute to remediation, program documentation and resource development, and performance evaluations.
- RACGP Fellowship.
- Must have experience working in comprehensive Australian General Practice settings.
- CCE (Clinical Competency Exam), External clinical teaching visit (ECTV) or WBA Assessing experience would be highly desirable.
- Current Australian specialist registration in general practice without addenda.
- Demonstrated initiative, conceptual and analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.
- Confidence with technologies to assist GP training such as video conferencing, screen sharing, email, and web portals.
