Our organization is seeking a dedicated Training and Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of our ERP/CRM system.

About the Role:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs using the ADDIE framework, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer across various stakeholders.
  • They will develop engaging, up-to-date content that aligns with best practices, leveraging their expertise in learning & development and system implementations.
  • A key aspect of this role will be conducting thorough training needs assessments and creating targeted learning solutions to address specific pain points.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling them to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Training and Implementation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating training sessions across various formats, including e-learning, virtual, and blended environments.
  • They will lead training sessions to empower internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as the specialist will need to monitor training outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and refine programs as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • The successful candidate will also support system change and transformation initiatives, guaranteeing accessibility of training materials and promoting a smooth transition process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment is mandatory for this position.
  • Experience designing and delivering training for large-scale technology projects, preferably ERP/CRM systems, is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong content development skills, including experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
  • Background in learning & development, system implementations, or transformation projects is essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with TechOne or similar systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
