We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on children's learning and development within a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the class teacher to support high-quality teaching and learning, providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs, assisting with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and daily routines.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher to deliver effective learning outcomes.
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development, promoting a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor and record pupil progress as directed by the teacher, supervising pupils during break times, educational visits, and school activities as needed.
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting, ideally holding a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- A kind, patient, and flexible approach to supporting pupils, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of child development and learning.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a focus on creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
