Job Title:

Education Support Professional

At our institution, we seek a highly motivated and organized Education Support Professional to provide administrative support, coordinate educational activities, and assist with the supervision of students.

  • Providing administrative support to teachers and other staff members
  • Coordinating educational events and activities
  • Assisting with student supervision in controlled environments
  • Performing specific support tasks to achieve desired outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth. They will also have experience working in bilingual contexts and be able to provide advice and support to management and other staff.

Selection Criteria:

To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate the capacity to perform duties consistent with established guidelines and frameworks, as well as the ability to work and collaborate with others in a team environment. They must also possess high-level oral and written communication skills, technical knowledge and expertise relevant to the position, and a commitment to advocating for bilingual education.

Role Details:

This role is part of the Education Support Class (ESC) level 3 range and performs tasks carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice, and school policy under supervision and direction. The ESC role supports the educational services provided to students but does not include duties of a teacher.
