About the Role:

This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our prestigious Members Dining Room at the MCG in a casual capacity. Your remit will be to oversee a diverse casual team to service excellence through feedback, support and training while guaranteeing an exceptional experience to MCC members-based customers.

  • Previous experience with member-based clientele or VIPs highly regarded;">
  • Demonstrated experience as a leader where you can remedy performance issues and ensure support and high levels of staff engagement;">
  • Ability to motivate and empower a team to service excellence;">
  • Exceptional attention to detail;">
  • High level organisation and time management skills;">
  • Availability to work across 7 days when required – including some public holidays.">
