About Us

We are a hospitality leader with over 350 pubs across Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will lead a portfolio of venues across metro and regional NSW, supporting venue managers to achieve business objectives.

You will drive initiatives and bring fresh ideas to your team, developing venue leaders to build capability in the business.

A key aspect of this role is to lead venue teams to adopt a guest-first approach, offering authentic and local guest experiences.

You will educate and coach venues on business strategy, empowering them to take initiative and contribute to its delivery in their venue.

The role requires frequent intrastate travel and involves ensuring venues fully comply with statutory legislation, accreditations and workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of venues across metro and regional NSW
  • Support Venue Managers to achieve sustainable financial, guest, team and business scorecard targets
  • Develop venue leaders to build capability in the business
  • Lead venue teams to adopt a guest-first approach
  • Educate and coach venues on business strategy
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislation, accreditations and workplace policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals
  • Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship and communication skills
  • Eligible to meet State licensing requirements
