Job Overview

We are seeking a talented designer to bring together motion and graphic design skills to craft high-impact creative.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-weight designer to work collaboratively with creatives, producers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

You will be responsible for creating original design and animation concepts for tentpole campaigns, brand identities, and show launches across broadcast, digital, and social media.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility across both motion and static formats, with a refined eye for composition, typography, and attention to detail.

Additionally, you should have experience in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, as well as a strong understanding of broadcast, social, streaming, and digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create original design and animation concepts
  • Collaborate with producers, editors, and creative teams
  • Work within and adapt global brand toolkits
  • Version and localise global assets quickly and accurately
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and creative kick-offs
  • Maintain high standards for deliverables

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an agency, broadcast, digital, or streaming environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience in After Effects MOGRT templates is a strong advantage
  • Strong design sensibility across both motion and static formats
  • Understanding of broadcast, social, streaming, and digital platforms
  • Ability to efficiently version, adapt, and localise creative assets
  • Experience working within structured brands and brand guidelines
  • A collaborative team player who is proactive, solutions-focused, and thrives under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills
  • Comfortable taking and actioning feedback to refine and evolve creative
