**About the role**

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated educators in Film and Television Broadcasting to join our team and inspire the next generation of media professionals. In this rewarding role, you’ll have the opportunity to share your industry expertise, spark student creativity, and guide learners in developing the technical and storytelling skills needed to succeed in the dynamic screen and broadcast industries.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting students’ career aspirations through engaging, hands-on learning experiences that reflect real-world industry practices.

**About You**

You are a passionate and experienced film and television broadcasting professional who is enthusiastic about shaping the next generation of industry creatives. With a strong foundation in industry practice, you bring both technical expertise and a genuine commitment to education. You thrive in collaborative environments, are driven to make a meaningful impact, and have a natural ability to mentor and inspire emerging talent.

2. Have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.

4. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
