Our team is seeking reliable and passionate Home Care Workers to join us in providing care support in WAGGA, NSW. You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Working within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client
  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support
  • Providing support with academic, social, or recreational activities
  • Preparing food, feeding clients, and administering medications
  • Observing, caring for, and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
  • Responding to emergency situations
  • Traveling to Orange for services (if not local to the area)">

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
  • National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Driver's Licence
  • First Aid
  • CPR Certificate (Valid within the last 12 months)">
