Job Description

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing insights to support decision-making processes within the Supply Chain & Platforms department. This involves collaborating with various teams to develop tools, dashboards, and processes that drive business efficiencies and growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes, with experience in data modelling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and maintaining reporting tools & dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Providing accurate and timely insights to identify areas of cost savings, business opportunities, and efficiencies, and supporting business decision-making.
  • Providing analytical support to the marketing team to improve data efficiency.
  • Preparing and presenting business intelligence reports to a range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborating across the organisation to meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of data analyst experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
