Job Overview

The key technical resource will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, partnering with our team to facilitate successful deal closures.

Responsibilities:

  • Presenting and demonstrating product offerings to customers remotely and on-site
  • Facilitating solution discovery, overview, and technical deep dive sessions with customers
  • Communicating with prospective customers to guide them through their evaluation and selection process
  • Building environments tailored to customer requirements as proof of concept during the sales lifecycle
  • Participating in writing proposals that showcase how products can satisfy customer needs
  • Sharing information with the team about products and market trends
  • Acting as the customer advocate and liaison to product management and development teams

What We Need:

  • Relevant work experience on client-side, consulting-side or with an ISV
  • Understanding of M365 architecture, components, and configuration
  • Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of solutions that leverage one or more of the following: M365 Security & Compliance, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, and Azure
  • Knowledge of server and cloud offerings across Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Good business and technical communication skills – able to lead conversations to align technical value to a customer's business needs
  • Ability to think strategically using technical knowledge coupled with sales mentality
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with partners and colleagues
