The Role

As a Paralegal within our Real Estate Group based at our Sydney office, you will play an integral role in supporting our lawyers across a wide range of property matters.

Reporting to the Senior Licenced Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the property team with end-to-end file management, from initial instructions through to post-settlement matters.
  • Preparing and drafting correspondence, contracts for sale of land, settlement figures, and other legal documentation.
  • Managing and maintaining client files and correspondence throughout the conveyancing process including accurate data entry and document organisation.
  • Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and brokers to coordinate smooth transactions.
  • Using PEXA to manage workflow, input data, and facilitate electronic settlements and lodgments.
  • Undertaking and reviewing property searches, land title checks and other relevant documentation for due diligence purposes.
