Job Details

We're seeking a skilled Real Estate Law Specialist to join our Sydney office, working closely with experienced professionals.

As a key member of our Real Estate Group, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, including REITs, government entities, retailers, developers, landlords, and insolvency practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Representing clients in the acquisition and disposal of various assets, such as shopping centres, hotels, childcare centres, industrial warehouses, petrol stations, and marinas.
  • Negotiating development management arrangements for mixed-use, retail, and industrial assets.
  • Developing and leasing large format supermarkets, liquor stores, childcare centres, petrol stations, and industrial warehouses, along with routine leasing work across commercial, retail, industrial, and office sectors.
  • Leasing port facilities and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Handling distressed real estate transactions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in private practice, preferably with Real Estate law expertise.
  • Shopping centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for Real Estate.
  • A desire to be part of a fantastic team culture.
