We're looking for an experienced leader to join our team as Chief Commercial Officer. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and commercialisation across our business.

As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will oversee all revenue-generating functions, design innovative commercial models, and ensure effective sales execution. You will lead a diverse team of approximately 30 individuals, providing direction and support to ensure alignment and achievement of growth targets.

Your key focus areas will include:

  • Positively participating as a member of the executive team, with a Cashrewards first mindset, while also bringing your domain expertise representing the commercial sales and media teams.
  • Revenue growth and commercialisation: Leading the development and execution of the revenue strategy across all products (cashback, retail media, other new products).
  • Sales strategy and leadership: Overseeing the design and implementation of effective sales strategies for all product offerings, setting and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, and driving consistent sales performance.
  • Team leadership: Leading and inspiring a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Providing mentorship and guidance to sales and account management teams and defining and managing appropriate incentive plans.
  • Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership team colleagues, strategic partners, clients, directors, and key industry connections.
