We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal to lead St Catherine of Siena Catholic Primary School in Armstrong Creek. As a Principal, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the school community, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success in life.

- Displays a strong commitment to enrolment growth, financial stability, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated understanding and enactment of legislative and systemic compliance requirements applicable to all Catholic schools.
- Show attributes of justice and compassion in setting high standards for self and others in the leadership of pastoral care and the provision of engaging education.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills to enable team growth and development.
