As an Inclusive Employment Australia Employment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive case management services to participants to assist them to manage employment related barriers.
- Help each participant to secure sustainable employment and engage employers through referrals and on-the-job support.
- Provide continuous support to participants and employers to maximise outcomes.
- Achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and apply an outcome focused approach to the role.
- Maintain a high level of administration and compliance in-line with Department requirements.
- Engage with internal and external partners to connect participants with various wrap-around services.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a field related to employment services.
