We are seeking a skilled Employment Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with local employers and job-ready candidates to create sustainable employment opportunities.

As an Employment Support Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with local employers, identifying their workforce needs, and supporting them in hiring people with disabilities or health conditions.
- Develop strong relationships with local employers and understand their staffing needs.
- Connect job-ready candidates with suitable vacancies and support businesses in successfully employing people with disabilities.
- Maintain knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries to achieve ongoing employment opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Rlevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant fields.
- Previous experience in employment services, including barrier management, reverse marketing, candidate placement, and post-placement support.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- A performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs.
