Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Site Manager. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operational delivery and integration of recurring Training, Maintenance, Engineering and Platform support services.

This includes ensuring the development and implementation of the Annual Work Plan associated with each platform. You will also be required to report to the Portfolio Manager Air Services and manage stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in external customer engagement, program management and strong project coordination skills. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and on-time delivery and high-quality Training and Support Services
  • Deliver maximised performance against contracted SPMs and SHIs
  • Collaborate with Functional Managers and Training Centre Managers to identify and communicate internal resources
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication

Requirements:

  • Strong program management experience
  • Proven team management experience
  • Understanding of defence procurement procedures
  • Defence industry experience required

Security Clearance:

Australia Department of Defence is a major client, therefore you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
