We seek experienced Supervisors/Foremen to support our busy delivery pipeline across QLD project portfolios.
Job Overview:- End-to-end site management including multiple subcontractor and trade package coordination;
- Short and medium-range construction program development;
- Quality control and site safety leadership;
- Collaborative communication with engineer and commercial teams;
- Understanding of construction practices, methodology, and building goals;
- Intermediate construction/building delivery experience in a site supervision/management capacity;
- Industry-relevant trade qualification;
- Familiarity with holistic trade package delivery, structure, services, and finishes;
- Mid-top tier builder/contractor/project experience;
- Confident and collaborative communicator;
- Ranked in the Top 10 Best Places to Work in Australia;
