Retail Store Leader Position

Job Description:

The Retail Store Leader is responsible for driving business success through effective staff management, stock control and customer experience. This role requires a high level of motivation, strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service standards
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment that reflects positively on the business
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, customer satisfaction and employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in retail leadership or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg
