
Branch Associate

As a dedicated team member, you will play a vital role in supporting essential industries and helping our trade customers achieve their goals. Your excellent customer service skills, coupled with your ability to build strong relationships, will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.
You will be responsible for loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally, maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, and handling over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes with exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities while embracing our values, policies, and procedures.
Your positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm will shine through as you take on various tasks across the week, ensuring that no two days are ever the same. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A clean full drivers' license and some general computer skills are required.
- No industry experience is necessary, but a MR license is preferred (although not essential).
- Customer service experience is essential, along with confidence, initiative & enthusiasm.
