Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including WorkCover QLD and DVA, and to contribute to achieving outstanding return-to-work outcomes. As a Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant, you will:

  • Manage a caseload with a focus on quality, ensuring that every client receives the best possible care.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful return-to-work outcomes.
  • Perform discipline-specific assessments and provide training and coaching to colleagues as needed.
  • Work from home and visit clients in Townsville and surrounding areas, using your own vehicle or accessing pool cars.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 per year, plus superannuation and benefits. You'll also have access to a performance-based bonus scheme, professional development allowance, and leave days to attend courses. Additionally, you'll enjoy a customized induction program, ongoing training, and opportunities for secondments and projects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Osteopath, or Registered Nurse, or ESSA accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist or ASORC/RCAA accreditation as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • At least one year of experience in workplace rehabilitation.
  • A reliable vehicle and driver's licence.
  • The ability to thrive in an independent role while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
