Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Officer to provide high level administrative services to the manager and team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support, in line with current policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the manager and team
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Preparing reports and documents
- Managing files and records
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong administration background
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
Benefits
This is a Category B position, and the successful candidate will be reviewed for compliance with NSW Health policy directive for Category B positions prior to offer. All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined under the General questions section at Occupational assessment screening and vaccination - FAQ. Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s.
