About This Role
- You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, triaging patients efficiently, and providing prompt identification and frontline care.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners to deliver patient-centered care, aligning with their desired clinical outcomes.
- Provide essential health education to patients as needed and ensure meticulous completion of all documentation.
Your Qualifications
- AHPRA registration as a Nurse is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year's prior triage experience, preferably in an emergency department.
- Preferred experience of 5 years or more.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with keen critical thinking abilities.
