About the RoleThe successful candidate will have recent experience in emergency nursing and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for delivering safe and effective patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our emergency department's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective patient care in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Contribute to the ongoing quality improvement of our emergency department.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- At least 2 years' recent experience in emergency nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
