Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead the delivery of medium to large residential housing projects. Your expertise in construction regulations, budgeting, and cost management will drive positive outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with experience in managing teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships, are essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project workflows through collaboration with internal teams
  • Represent the organization throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Prioritize projects based on business objectives and client needs
  • Lead and support site staff to achieve project goals, manage budgets, and ensure quality products
  • Hold regular meetings with clients and management to report on project progress and address any concerns
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in project management or similar fields
  • Proven experience in managing medium to large residential housing projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations, building software, and permit approval processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
