  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including financial modelling, forecasting, and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing resources across functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of social and affordable housing systems in Australia.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, economics, finance, law, engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
