We are seeking skilled and experienced mechanical fitters for a full-time, permanent position based in New South Wales and Queensland.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while working closely with technical advisors and contributing ideas for improvement.
- Provide technical assistance on equipment both onsite and in our workshop.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and diagnostics of all products.
- Support equipment during relocations.
- Prepare documentation including reports, safety tools, and statutory documentation as well as analysis reports.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the Operations Manager.
- Recommend and assist in implementing improvements in all areas.
- Identify and drive business opportunities across all divisions (Sales, Support, Parts, Engineering).
Key Responsibilities
- Underground coal mining experience is desirable.
