The Legal Services Department delivers expert legal advice and support across the organization. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in safeguarding operations, working closely with faculties and divisions to proactively manage legal risk.

This position requires a confident and collaborative legal professional who can deliver ethical, independent legal advice on complex matters.

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering timely, practical legal advice to stakeholders

Requirements
  • Admitted as a Solicitor in Australia, with at least five years' post-admission experience
  • Strong knowledge of Australian commercial and administrative law, including regulatory frameworks and evolving government policy
  • Demonstrated legal experience in complex organizations, preferably within higher education
