## Early Childhood Teacher Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in the Preschool Room at our 40-place service in Narrabeen. The preschool room has a maximum of 20 children per day, and we follow an interest-based approach to children's learning.

### Key Responsibilities

* Motivate and lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care for all children
* Complete curriculum planning sheets and reflections to ensure the curriculum decision-making process is fully implemented
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with children to achieve quality learning and development outcomes
* Build supportive relationships with families to facilitate open communication
* Ensure high-quality practices and procedures are met according to the NQS
