Ecommerce Coordinator

Take Two Marketing are the proud owners of several fast-growing Australian ecommerce brands. We design, manufacture and import innovative household products. Through our boutique content creation agency, we take these products to market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated eCommerce Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team.

**Job Summary**:
Working alongside a team of creatives, the role is responsible for driving the success of our Shopify Plus stores. Delivering first rate online customer experiences, you will assist in developing top-notch end-to-end web solutions to grow our brands in the digital space.

**Your key responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Maintain and optimize our Ecommerce websites on Shopify, including product maintenance, sales reporting, and implementing strategies for sales optimization.
- Assist in product merchandising.
- Develop content strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and sales.
- Upload and optimize products, collections, and landing pages.
- Manage marketplace communication and build product listings on various marketplaces including Amazon.
- Proactively identify valuable site enhancements and contribute to their implementation.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritize and multi-task effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of Ecommerce retail and changing marketing trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Shopify Plus and integrated platforms, preferred
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce business operations, including creative strategy, marketing, operations, and the sales/marketing life cycle.
- Sound knowledge and experience in marketplace management and building product listings on various platforms.
- Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics, reporting and website optimization is a plus.
- Familiarity with Data Studio and Semrush is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently meeting short deadlines.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies relating to e-commerce.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights, make recommendations, and implement changes to maximize sales, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: $61,560.52 - $75,678.74 per year
