The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Genesis Fitness.
As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging fitness classes to our members. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness and has a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality fitness classes to our members, including Freestyle, Reformer Pilates, and Pilates Mat.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our fitness programs and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Fitness, such as Cert III in Fitness or Fitness Leaders Course.
- Experience in delivering group fitness classes, preferably in a gym or fitness studio environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
