The RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Group Exercise Instructors to join our team. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a supportive environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Group Exercise classes that are engaging, motivating, and safe for participants
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our club's programs and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
- Qualifications in a relevant field such as fitness, exercise science, or a related discipline
- Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Infection Control
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
