Role & Impact

We're seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing expert to scale our customer acquisition efforts.

You will lead digital campaigns, experiment with new approaches, and build channels from the ground up to drive growth for our high-scale startup.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies with clear, measurable goals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning - from ideation to creative optimization and performance analysis.
  • Use A/B testing and experimentation to refine creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform bid strategies, segmentation, and creative approaches.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Data teams to ensure channel performance targets are met.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing, preferably in SaaS and high-growth environments.
  • Curiosity for adopting new marketing tools, strategies, and AI solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and funnel analysis; familiarity with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Looker is a plus.
  • Experience building performance marketing channels from scratch, balancing effort and impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and tackle new challenges head-on.
  • High ownership, accountability, and stakeholder management skills.
