We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Tele Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced healthcare professional to positively impact the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely actioning within service level agreements.
- Book appointments and conduct interviews with General Practitioners & specialists.
- Write accurate case notes in a secure online platform.
- Develop strong relationships between clients and stakeholders.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- An enrolled nurse with knowledge or understanding of health practitioners' work in clinic settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong keyboard skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts effectively.
- Multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
