Tele Health Service Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a proactive and motivated Enrolled Nurse seeking to expand their skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

As part of our Tele Services team, you will collaborate with medical professionals to exchange critical health information. Your key responsibilities will include managing client portfolios, scheduling appointments, writing accurate case notes, and performing administrative duties.

  • Effective management of a caseload to ensure timely actioning within specified service level agreements
  • Booking appointments and conducting interviews with General Practitioners & specialists
  • Writing accurate case notes in a secure online platform
  • Building relationships between clients and our organisation
  • Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties
Essential Qualifications
  • An enrolled nurse with knowledge or understanding of how healthcare practitioners work in clinics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound keyboard skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts effectively
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
