Cognizant is on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our team of innovators. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for creating cutting-edge applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex business applications using both canvas and model-driven approaches. A deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse for data storage and relationships is essential. Strong expertise in Power Automate for building complex workflows and advanced knowledge of Power Fx formulas and complex app logic are also required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs. You will provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates for existing apps and conduct training sessions and prepare user guides/documentation.

With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing applications using MS Power Platform
  • Installation of data gateways
  • Developing Azure logic apps and functions
  • Development of interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Integrating apps with data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365
  • Customizing components, layouts, and workflows to meet organizational needs
  • Analyzing systems to identify inefficiencies and providing innovative solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Creating user-friendly interfaces and automating processes with Power Automate
  • Testing applications for functionality, performance, and security
  • Providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates for existing apps
  • Conducting training sessions and preparing user guides/documentation
