Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned Property Manager, you will oversee the management of a substantial residential portfolio. This includes conducting routine inspections, entry/exits, rent reviews, lease renewals, and handling VCAT matters.

You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with rental providers and renters, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all documentation and systems, and working closely with internal admin and trust teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong organizational and time management skillset, with a customer-first attitude and a drive to excel in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • A current Agent's Representative Certificate is essential.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are also required.
  • Previous experience managing a portfolio (end-to-end) is crucial.
