P3M Delivery Excellence Lead

Job Overview:

The P3M Delivery Excellence Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategic capability uplift initiatives across a diverse and dispersed project management community. The role aims to shape future delivery excellence by driving innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive capability uplift programs, including training material development and facilitation, to enhance delivery maturity and outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain professional standards for the project management delivery community.

Requirements:

  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBoK, AgilePM, Scrum) or Service Delivery (e.g., ITIL).
  • Desirable: Accreditation in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or similar.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in complex delivery environments.
  • Proven expertise in capability building, coaching project staff, and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of project methodologies (e.g., PMBoK, AgilePM, MSP).
