Job Description

Property Management Professional

The Property Coordinator will play a vital role in the management of government and customer property. This includes establishing and maintaining control records, coordinating property management matters with affected departments, supporting property reviews and audits, and acting as the primary contact point for the AGPC organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a department/function/program property coordinator/custodian system.
  • Overseeing/managing the administration and physical control of Government/customer property.
  • Ensuring functional procedures/processes are in compliance with the requirements of the Government Program Manager and site appendix.
  • Generating, coordinating, submitting for publication, and implementing revisions or changes to the site Government/customer property procedures/work instructions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the Property Coordinator must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a property coordinator.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be a US or Australian Citizen and possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
