Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Coordinator to efficiently manage, track, and maintain assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a departmental property coordinator system.
- Oversee the administration and physical control of government and customer property.
- Evaluate functional procedures to ensure compliance with program manager requirements.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement revisions to property procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain control records and facilitate communication with affected departments.
- Support property reviews and audits, serving as the primary contact point with AGPC.
This role requires the ability to coordinate site property accountability process activities and implement industry-leading practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate management of assets and compliance with established procedures.
