Asset Manager Specialist

As a Property Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining assets efficiently. You will oversee the administration and physical control of Government/customer property, ensuring functional procedures are in compliance with requirements. Your expertise in property management, inventory control, and documentation will enable you to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Your duties will include establishing a department/function/program property coordinator/custodian system, generating, coordinating, and submitting procedures for publication. You will also establish/maintain control records, coordinate property management matters with affected departments, support property reviews and audits, and act as the site's primary contact point with the AGPC organization.
You must have a strong ability to manage, track, and maintain assets efficiently, with expertise in property management, inventory control, and documentation. Your organizational and planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and experience in property coordination will be essential in this role.
This position is expected to be onsite 100%. You will work closely with the team to ensure operational readiness and drive innovation.
