
Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the development of technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, investigate and solve customer technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills
- Contribute to the development of technical solutions
- Work on projects that improve customer experience and support processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
- CyberDefender Mindset: A proactive, collaborative, and customer-centric approach adopted by technical support teams to anticipate, prevent, and mitigate cybersecurity threats
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
