Job Opportunity

This is a fixed-term part-time position within the allied health directorate. The role will be offered at Allied Health Professional Grade 3 or 4, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Evaluating research activity in allied health and related initiatives within a research framework.
  • Developing research strategies aligned with clinical priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Supporting individual and team research capacity development and innovation.
  • Developing partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will conduct research activities in alignment with the strategic direction of the RCH Allied Health Research and Allied Health Services.

They will provide specialist advice, consultancy, education, and support to facilitate engagement in clinical research/evidence-based practice activities.

Additionally, they will attract internal and external competitive funding and manage project/grant finances.
