Audio Content Lead

This is an opportunity to lead the creation and execution of audio projects, including podcast series and client integrations.
The successful candidate will drive content development, manage host selection, oversee podcast production, collaborate with creators, and develop distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement content strategies for podcasts, collaborating with clients to meet commercial and editorial objectives.
- Manage host partnerships by liaising with potential hosts and conducting thorough assessments.
- Oversee end-to-end podcast production, ensuring seamless execution from pre-production to post-production.
- Collaborate with content creators, hosts, and production teams to deliver high-quality and engaging podcast content.
- Design and execute effective distribution plans to maximise podcast reach and impact.
- Minimum five years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback with curiosity and respect.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
