Pathway to Employment Support Specialist

The role of the Pathway to Employment Support Specialist is to provide participants with capacity building support, enabling them to achieve their employment goals.

  • Capacity building supports in group and individual settings
  • Administrative tasks such as file noting and reporting
About You

We are seeking an effective communicator committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities within the community. Key requirements include:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to transport participants in own vehicle (current license, car and comprehensive insurance required)
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Mental Health, and/or other relevant qualification
  • Sound understanding and experience in delivering person-centred supports
  • Experience working in the NDIS environment
