Senior Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

Overview

We provide rehabilitation services to support individuals with workplace injuries. Our goal is to help them regain independence and return to meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex physical and psychological injury cases
  • Providing health coaching, career coaching, and return to work support
  • Performing vocational assessments both in-person and virtually
  • Creating employer networks within NSW
  • Using psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve great outcomes

You will work closely with our team to identify and achieve client goals through a holistic approach to rehabilitation. In this role, you'll be based in Kotara, NSW, working with a high-performing team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology or Psychology
  • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA
  • Experience working in a similar role within the Occ. Rehab sector
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation and consultation skills
  • The ability to establish and sustain effective stakeholder relationships
