Leadership Role

The Director of an early childhood education service will lead the day-to-day operation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Developing operational policies and strategies to drive service excellence.
  • Leading a team, managing performance, and providing effective supervision.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards as Nominated Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Education: Early Childhood or equivalent, along with relevant experience in leadership and management within a child care setting.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education: Early Childhood or equivalent;
  • Demonstrated understanding of national regulations and quality standards;
  • Leadership and management experience in a child care setting;
  • Current first aid certificate and asthma and anaphylaxis management training.
